·          Incident Investigation will be provided by TCA should a regulatory agency cite one of the covered facilities for a violation.  

·          TCA will provide Bill of lading or Dangerous Goods Declaration reviews to insure compliance.

·          TCA will continuously monitor the covered facilities on an ongoing basis through site visits, telephone and email inquiries

·          All sites will be provided regulatory updates for all changes or pending changes to the regulations.
